Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email as soon as possible.

If a cancellation request is received before work begins, we may review the request for a possible refund based on the circumstances of the project.

Once work has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund because time and resources have been allocated to the project.

Completed estimating and takeoff services are generally non-refundable.

If we identify a genuine error related to the agreed original project scope, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable correction.

Changes to the original project scope, additional drawings, or additional work may require additional fees and delivery time.
